| Biography |
| I have been exposed to the real estate industry all my life with my family's real estate business in Pittsburgh, PA. I spent several years there dealing with commerical, industrial, multi-family and most commonly, single family homes. In the year 2000, I decided to take my career to a larger market and I moved to Seattle. After interviewing with most large agencies I affiliated myself with Windermere. I found my perfect match at Windermere West Seattle, where I found Windermere to have the respect and integrity I needed, and the expansive market in West Seattle. |

| I have been working full time in the real estate industy since 1997. I enjoy working with buyers and sellers. Keeping with the volatile and changing real estate market has been a key to satisfying my customers needs. I always take advantage of the continuing education that allows me to keep up with financing trends and legal issues. After hitting my productivity and experience level needed, I obtained a brokers license in the year 2003. I see myself in the future working happily in the Real estate field. |

| I am one of few that can say that I really love my job. It is my priority to learn and stay up-to-date in all the changing trends in the Real Estate market. Obtaining optional designations is one of many ways that I differentiate myself from other agents. At this time I am an Associate Broker, Accredited Buyers Represenative (ABR), and Quality Service certified (QSC). |
| Community Service |
| I routinely give back to the Windermere Foundation, which has helped millions of under privileged families. I have been volunteering weekly at the Seattle Children’s Hospital for the past three years, giving me the one-on-one experience of helping others. I also take part in the annual Windermere Community Service Day. Which is a day that all Windermere agents dedicate an entire day working on a project to better our community. For example, last year we repainted a local elementary school that was becoming unsafe. It is great to work on these kinds of projects that you can step back from at the end of the day and look at your work. |
